Pros

Great place to work. Strong entrepreneurial spirit where you work can make a difference in overall company goals. Have had to pleasure of working with people from all over the US and the world. Have learned many new skills and been able to implement them into action. Company has a commitment to a strong work/life balance.

Cons

No real cons. Have been through transitions from small company to part of large corporation and back to being a small company.

Pros

Before the original owner reacquired the company, I felt truly supported as a new mother. Leadership at that time provided a dedicated breastfeeding room, allowed flexibility to work from home, and understood the need for occasional time away if family emergencies arose. There were numerous opportunities for career advancement, and I felt valued and respected for my contributions. The environment was positive, supportive, and growth-focused — creating a workplace culture where employees, especially working mothers, could thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

After the original owner reacquired the company, the workplace culture declined sharply. Leadership regularly made condescending and judgmental comments about my personal belongings, focusing on material appearance rather than professional ability. As a new mother, I was also stripped of the work-from-home flexibility the previous owner had granted me, despite having a newborn at home. This created a hostile and unsupportive environment, particularly for female employees balancing career and family.
