Pros
Welcoming people, very close-knit, almost family environment. They know the communications market well and still have a few tricks up their sleeve. Smallish company without very rigid vertical stigmas. You can easily talk to a C-level in the hallway without feeling weird.
Cons
Entrenched feel - very Canada-heavy. One of the drawbacks of the familial environment was favoritism bordering on nepotism. If you get in with the right crowd you can do no wrong, if you don't, you can be hung out to dry if someone puts a target on your back.
