Pros

Smart people, decent clients, autonomy though at the expense of the expectation to just "figure it out" and "fake it till you make it"...surely Interbrand owes it's clients more than that?!

Cons

No leadership, crazy hours, no recognition for hard work (I.e. No promotions or bonus), low morale (due to poor senior leadership - I.e former MD), substandard office space, high turnover.

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Cons

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
