      Pros

      Great people at lower levels. They truly want what's best for the organization.

      Cons

      The CEO (as of 2021) is a coward. He is doing everything he can to stall all big decisions until he can retire with his cushy CEO pension. The board members are cowards who refuse to hold him accountable. He only tolerates "yes"-men in his management ranks.
