Pros
They do a lot of services They are trying to become electronic through health records
Cons
Where to start? This company has a seriously high turnover rate. People come and go at this place all the time. Interviews happen all the time. Makes sense since management and top employees are so inhumane. They treat their workers with disrespect and like slaves, especially the CEO of the company is very inhumane. A perfect angel could fall from the sky and do everything right, but still get treated like dirt and get fired for no apparent reason. This company fails to recognize good, dedicated, hardworking employees. There is no room to learn and grow at this place because no one will tell you if you do anything wrong and you definitely wont' get praised for doing anything right. A person can get fired for no apparent reason. This place is disorganized when it comes to their management and record keeping. There should be a system to follow, organizational structure, but there is none. A worker can get conflicting and different information all the time. The patient files are missing notes. Some of the patients I have seen have been missing notes for years. Not surprising since their scheduling system in the front is very bad and disorganized. Front desk people change all the time. If a person in the front needs to go to the bathroom, she would get fired if she left the front desk unattended. The equipment they use at this place is old and outdated. The computers they have are old and don't work properly. They have viruses on them, which is scary since patient information is kept on the computers. The games that they use are old. outdated, and ripped up. The management and top employees think they are gods and can make no mistakes. They need to learn that they are human and can make mistakes. They should not blame people underneath them for their problems. They treat their patients/clients like they are slaves also. I remember one time that a patient of mine was cancelled for something happening in the office, but the CEO was angry and yelling at people and had the front desk people call him dozens of times to come in immediately. That patient/client was very upset that she was treated like that being called dozens of times to come in immediately when the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to another day by our office earlier.
