      Pros

      Best managers I have had the chance to work along side. Fantastic progression opportunities. Relaxed office atmosphere. Hardly ever leave the office late. Sales teams constantly achieve targets and a very generous bonus package. Very nice office location in the heart of The City.

      Cons

      No remote working at the moment for sales teams.

      Pros

      Really good team and wonderful manager in the UK who is supportive and genuinely decent. Members of the team that I dealt with in Russia were Positive environment to be working in, no workplace dramas. SPARK is a one of a kind product and there is nothing else like it on the market.

      Cons

      Niche product meaning that the market for it is quite small outside of Russia/CIS. Difficult to generate leads and build a consistent pipeline.
