Really good team and wonderful manager in the UK who is supportive and genuinely decent. Members of the team that I dealt with in Russia were Positive environment to be working in, no workplace dramas. SPARK is a one of a kind product and there is nothing else like it on the market.

Niche product meaning that the market for it is quite small outside of Russia/CIS. Difficult to generate leads and build a consistent pipeline.
