- Meeting agendas can sometimes seem unorganized - More often than not, communication is great but when things get really busy communication can break down for a day or 2.

Lots of flexibility, remote work start-up so payment is majority equity

Not the greatest communication Leadership ability to adapt is there but slow Equity package not too competitive compared to other early stage startups
