In my opinion, the company has survived longer than expected considering the operational and management challenges it has faced over time. Many employees have expressed concerns regarding financial transparency, leadership decisions, and the overall impact on staff morale and career stability. I hope the organization focuses more on accountability, ethical practices, and employee well-being moving forward.

One of the most disappointing professional experiences I have had. The workplace lacked basic professionalism, structure, and clear leadership direction. Salary payments and incentives were frequently delayed or uncertain, creating ongoing financial stress for employees. Management practices felt highly unprofessional at times, with employees often being asked to perform tasks outside their defined job responsibilities, including work unrelated to their actual roles. Decision-making was centralized, feedback was rarely welcomed, and employee concerns were not taken seriously. Transparency regarding company finances and operational planning appeared weak, which significantly affected trust and morale across teams. Growth opportunities, innovation, and professional development were minimal. Unless there are major improvements in leadership accountability, professional boundaries, and timely compensation practices, it would be difficult to recommend this organization as a healthy workplace environment.
