Pros
Younger crowd, so communication is always 2 ways, leading to a good work place environment and an efficient work flow. Compensation and incentives are pretty good compared to other places, and the appraisals are at a good frequency if you do well consistently.
Cons
There's always a LOT of work, its fun but sometimes its a lot. There is no overtime despite regular stretching of work hours and despite working on holidays, week offs etc.
