High turnover in management level

Not much good can be said about this company anymore. It has gone downhill, and continues to go downhill. The people here are incredible, and passionate. But are under rewarded for their efforts to help the company strive to become a better company.

No room for growth within the company. unless you are senior management. Too many VP's, and Presidents, and higher up management to answer to. They do not value hard working employees. Under paid, over worked, UNDER STAFFED Roll outs for new software system are not thought through. High expectations for a process that needs months and months of training on. Employees are the last to find out about change in company policies, as well as their managers. Very political in all areas of the company, management plays favorites. No real training processes in place, and no one has the time to train anyway. Raises are horrific if you are hourly.
