Pros

Somewhat interesting work, cool product if you have a passion for supply chain technology.

Cons

HR and Upper management is condescending, inflexible, and unreasonable. Excessive travel for extended periods of time with no break, and terrible compensation for meals/hotels/etc. Managers love to micromanage and then act like they don’t. If you do not speak Spanish, you will be looked down upon and have trouble succeeding. The actual office is gross and outdated, and the culture and practices feel extremely regressive and not like modern organizations should. Pay and benefits are low, turnover rate is high, and the overall vibe of the office and the people who inhabit it feel fake and robotic. There was no emphasis on growth in any way. Enjoyed very little of the work experience, and wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to work here. It felt like the people who worked here did so because they had no choice and nowhere to go.

Pros

If you are an entry level engineer, drafter or recent graduate. Come in, get a year of experience or less of experience and then apply to other jobs. Their engineering department average age is 25 (many young people) and they don’t shy away from hiring And training people with no experience. And sign your papers too if you are an immigrant.

Cons

The retention rate is REALLY LOW. People mostly last 1 to 2 years at most. Their paycheck is awful (never accept their first offer, or even the second). If you don’t know sbpanish, don’t come. The company has no opportunities to grow for people who don’t speak Spanish. Management in some departments are really biased in that regard, and the speaking Spanish in both casual and professional conversations is more and more frequent and might even prevent from getting you promoted because some managers don’t know how to speak English properly. Unfortunately, business within the company is run in Spanish in many cases. In term of compensations, you won’t get stocks, bonuses, or tips. only salary, 401k and insurance.
