Since Home Depot took over They have great benefits, and generous with paid time off, also good bonuses. Externally care for their employees and offer great programs
Cons
Internally they have very bad management, no communication and the manager doesn't like to hire within or promote seasoned employees for better and challenging opportunities. They also favor certain employees treat them better. seem to have a circle of who they like and recognize despite how good they work or not. Just the work environment was so negative, worked long hours and no appreciation. Some try to take the initiative and stay late to fulfill the mission, then they expect you to keep staying late with no thank you for staying or helping, then you ask to leave they get upset. Turnover is very high and they cant keep employees also they are very relaxed. Employees do what they want want ie take long breaks and call out frequently with no reprimand . There is no teamwork some employees do their minimum and leave and the others have to absorb their work.
