Beware - Structural Welder Intermountain Electronics Employee Review

This position is more for a sheet metal welder than a structural welder. If not a sheet metal laborer. Don’t get me wrong there is welding involved, but very low skill level required. Management will push and push to get jobs out quick as possible and just about everyone is made to listen to their inexperienced superiors with no questions asked. They say jump and expect a “how high”. Extreme double standards held between everyone with workers on the shop floor treated like dogs.
