At Intermountain Health, we enjoy the privilege of working with caregivers from many different heritages and backgrounds, who enhance our mission by bringing their traditions, customs, experiences, and perspectives to work every day. Our Caregiver Belonging team is active in visibly raising awareness and helping us create a culture of equitable opportunity and belonging. The Caregiver Belonging hosts and sponsors events, trainings, Caregiver (Employee) Resource Groups, and multimedia marketing campaigns. More fundamentally, these talented caregivers drive our focus on ongoing policies and practices for hiring, supporting, and developing a diverse and culturally competent workforce at all levels, listening to diverse groups caregivers, and sourcing from diverse talent pools in the community. Additionally, at Intermountain, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes.
