Breaks are extremely short, point system is very limiting and management is a disaster. They disrespect the most talented and competent workers, some people in leadership are genuinely spiteful and cause competent, dedicated employees to either breakdown on the production floor or quit. High turnover and poor training for new employees results in senior staff having to run themselves ragged and work themselves to the bone because instead of management spending time on training they gossip in the break room while occasionally coming to the production floor just to yell about quotas.
