-very traditional Korean work environment, meaning, overtime is expected of the employee, personal time should be devoted to the company, and more or less your commitment to the company was judged through time spent at the company after hours. I'm not referring to tasks that are required of your position after hours by the way.
-no set duties, you're specifically asked to have a hand in everything outside your job scope despite not being to offer any assistance at the task or it is a task that you will never handle; this is often and geared to the earlier comment on overtime.
