Difficult environment for ambitious employees - Product Development Engineer International Employee Review

I was one of the last employees to be hired before they had a hiring freeze in 2013, and as a result there were little to no promotions/raises throughout my time there. It was a pretty dismal place to work due to the emissions lawsuits/issues and lack of job mobility.
