Pros
Interesting projects, nice office and cafeteria.
Cons
No work life balance. No remote work or flex schedules, 8-5pm is the expectation, you are expected to share your cell phone with management so they can call you whenever they want (evenings, weekends). Managers micromanage your daily work and hold daily meetings to see what you are working on. Everything is Urgent and lacks prioritizing. Poor leadership that tolerates abrasive and unprofessional behavior. No room for advancement and zero salary growth year after year even for great performance (zero percent merit and no cost of living increases) . On many occasions , I have seen managers or senior leaders swearing/ yelling at other coworkers in meetings or the hallways. Not a very professional work environment but if you need a job or some experience, it’s a good stepping stone if you can tolerate the above mentioned negatives. Many people leave after a few years otherwise you will fall behind your peers in pay and career growth.
