Cons

I am still in counseling. The owner's daugher ran the Service Center like a sociopath and threw temper tantrums like a five year old.

Pros

IIB promotes professional development for all its employees, both through a comprehensive training program and by paying for all licensing, continuing education, and designations required for the position. You would be hard-pressed to find a company that offers a better benefits package (4 weeks vacation/year, 10 sick days/year, at least 10 paid holidays, health insurance is primarily paid by the company, parking is paid for, etc.) and overall management strives to ensure employee happiness.

Cons

Starting pay can be low compared to other companies, but the benefits help make up for it. Since it is a smaller company, there are limited opportunities for advancement to a higher position.

Pros

Flexible hours, understanding employer, awesome benefits, great co-workers, potential to be the perfect place to work, professional setting with ability to ask anyone from Partner to mail room clerk how something works. Management Training Program. MP and Partner in charge of Benefits truly care about the employees and the company.

Cons

Lacks team environment, communication can be difficult, environment can be tense, expectations not completely laid out, not many outside-office activities (team-building).
