Pros
Lots of opportunity to move around. Geographically and job function.
Cons
Very bad benefits. Very old fashioned mindset. For example, most large companies offer paternity leave... you'd get laughed at for asking for paternity leave at IP. They are unwilling to consider any type of flexible work arrangement at all. In general I don't think people are treated well at IP. Their isnt much competition for top tier talent in Memphis so IP does the bare minimum. I
