There is a shortage of possible employees in manitowocd county and yet they let their staff tell them who stays and who goes. Seven employees started with me, I lasted two months , before it was too much. When I left, there was 1 of us left. This is not a new employee problem, this is a retention and training problem. Ive contacted International Papers Compliance department, they responded a month after I was gone? Yet this company boasts of an 84 percent retention rate. Seven people in two months come out to about 56 percent. Don't apply. Worst culture i've ever worked in.
