      Pros

      Relatively good health insurance. Nothing else really, but I need to have 20 words in this Pros box

      Cons

      Everything else. No real career growth opportunities. Also they can actually promote you without raising a salary, but adding more responsibility. CEO does not know what he is doing and absolutely clueless about how biotech works. CFO is way too young and inexperienced and does not care enough about his job, he is son of the CEO. Salary is low.
