okay company to work for if you have just graduated from college. Will give you the basic knowledge and the skills needed to move forward

Company has three partners. Of the three partners, only one is actively involved with the staff. He does not value the work and effort that the employees provide. very low wages and value of ones worth is not recognized. Owner is more involved in purchasing expensive cars than paying the staff their true value. believes that providing a bonus at the end of the year will make up for the low wages
