this organization thinks it's changing the world but really just uses a complicated product to obfuscate and greenwash. I mean, how does paying for Sanjay Gupta's private jet flights to and from a conference square with the company's mission of "protecting people and planet"? some managers are better than others. if you get stuck with an inexperienced one, your workload will suffer and so will your mental health. PTO is below average (18 days + 2 floating holidays). so much for wellness...
