There are several processes and procedures involved in managing a centre and taking care of client accounts so I value the support I get from colleagues. Whether they have extensive experience, basic know-how, or ideas to share, colleagues are a valuable resource.
Cons
There are often delays from other departments which is frustrating when we are helping clients.
