Pros
Ten hours of unobstructed internet access. Little to no feedback or interruptions provided no one has found a mistake within the last twenty-four hours. Three day weekends are standard, but expect to get jerked around if you need any special scheduling restrictions. Everyone is friendly to each other as long as you're in management and don't rock the boat.
Cons
Poor training, low employee retention, no room for advancement, "flat" company structure leads to a lot of policy confusion. Company is run like it's still in Mom's garage rather than a downtown office block. High stress with low ROI. Lots of busy work that fails to keep you busy. Management is out of touch with lower-level employees and tend to approach any situation with a "we can fire you at any time" attitude. Constant backstabbing for 'attaboys by employees at all levels.
