      Pros

      ITS tried to stay open during the pandemic. They looked for creative ways to bring people in.

      Cons

      Not trustworthy. Products did not work as advertised. It didn't feel right to offer a solution that didn't work. Career growth very limited. I don't see this company growing based on recent interactions with them.

      Pros

      The company is on the leading edge of something great. It continues to accomplish of lot, even during a pandemic. The sales and development teams work closely together to design what the customers want. We all have a voice in the company and they want our feedback.

      Cons

      The pandemic has most employees working from home. Will be nice to be back in the office with colleagues verses video conference.
