Management is horrible and spends all there time attending meeting about why the employees are not meeting the goals set out in the meetings and not asking for feedback from said employees about the actual issues nor fixing the issues that cause the delays. If its not in a KPI chart then you must be a bad employee because the chart says so. There is zero training provided and god help you if your foolish enough to insist on being trained as the work has a deadline and that's your problem to make sure its accomplished on time.
