Pros
- You get to work on the latest technologies - Great work culture as the people I've worked with are talented and passionate - Good work life balance - No micromanagement - When you perform well, the vertical leaders are made sure that my efforts have been valued through various initiatives like a shining star and spot awards(appreciation from the client) - Based on the above point this also leads to a good performance reviews and appraisals.
Cons
- It can get a bit hectic if your in a critical stage of a high pressure project where I've had to work overtime but this part and parcel of every project and you can get compensatory time off after the critical stage is completed.
