Pros
- Very smart people in the marketing and creative services group - Employees truly care about you and the work they do - Small teams so ability to stretch into other areas - Very good work/life balance
Cons
- Very little importance placed on evolving the business past what it currently is - Very little importance placed on marketing. Marketing is truly a second class citizen in the eyes of the organization - Limited ability to test/learn. Lot of box checking and doing things because it's always been done the same way - Lack of trust in leadership. Say/do ratio was always out of balance - Flat organization so little ability for advancement
