Pros
Some managers are pretty good people and talk to you like a team member instead of a servant.
Cons
Don't accept a position here unless: - You received a salaried management position - Are a brand new (and desperate) college grad who needs to build time The benefits package as a whole is weak. Health insurance is awful. The 401K match is quarterly up to 25%, but it's an adjustable rate that can be lowered to a 0% match if management sees fit. The hourly pay range is on the low side. PTO is nothing generous. The divide in rules/standards between managers (salaried) and non-salaried employees (hourly) is laughable. It could be a case study of "rules for thee, not for me". If you fall on the non-salaried employee side, prepare to be treated like an 18 year old intern.
