Pros
They give you apparel twice a year, and the new PTO policy is good.
Cons
-The positive reviews you see were written by mostly current employees and all written around the same time... Management incentivized writing a positive review to offset the negative ones. The people who think this is a great place to work and "can't imagine a better place" are the ones who benefit from it's crooked system and culture. They're the "good ol' boys," nothing more. -Company culture is a cliché for the industry. The management that is in place is not set up to deconstruct that, so no hope at the moment for that to shift. -Good employees are let go for internal politics, and bad employees are kept because it's easier than trying to hire a replacement. -Raises are possible if you work in the office or have an uncommon position, but there is nothing like that for field or prefab people. They'll listen and tell you they're "working it up the chain", but there's always a reason you don't get it. -HR department is only 2 people. One is too busy to be able to help at all and the other is brash and abrasive. This department is woefully under and improperly staffed. A testament to the culture.. the department set to help, listen, support and take care of the employees the most is the one falling most behind.
