Pros
Flexible as far as taking time off for appointments during the day. PTO was almost always approved. Decent pay.
Cons
They promise a lot during the interview to get a person hired, then don't hold up their end of the deal. They talk a lot about "teamwork" but don't treat everyone as a part of the team at the branch locations, going so far as to actively exclude individuals. Very poor management.
