Pros
3 day weekends off (Fri-Sun). Decent pay and benefits. Self directed. Plant manager is very down to earth.
Cons
A lot of standing. 12 hour shifts at a quick pace so get some good shoes. At times you’ll feel as if every man is for them self because nobody helps out but a few of ppl. Too much micromanaging from the higher ups. If you have a laid back job I advise you stay there or take a leave of absence before coming aboard this place. Just to see if it’s for you.
