They ran lean so I got to work on all aspects of marketing. It was a good first job for this reason. The experienced I gained beefed up my resume and my next job after was awesome. I landed it in part because of my versatility from this role. I did get to travel a lot.

I'll start by saying I worked here over 10 years ago. So things may have changed, but any time I looked around the office there were only male managers and female assistants. I'll let you come to your conclusions on that as far as career growth as a woman at the company, but I'll say it was often ran like it was the 80s.
