Great company and great people.

Positions can get boring sometimes. Feels more like people management than being with a client to offer expertise. Also, contracts can dry up.

None to really think about now - Money?

The new CEO has no idea what she is doing. The company ran much better under Matt's leadership. It seems chaotic and super scattered. Random updates that make no sense, no real company direction, and no collaboration at all. I understand it's a consulting firm, and typically, people are on their own, but a simple check-in from "Leadership" would be nice. It's funny, the "CEO" claims to be a strategic leader, but the only thing I have seen is people leaving.
