Everyday at Intrepid is something slightly different - whether it's a new client, a new claim scenario or collaboration with another department. A lot of claim departments SAY they are focused on what the customer needs but we really have the autonomy to help. It's a good feeling!
Cons
Intrepid moves fast - decisions, changes, everything! It's exciting but you need to show up every day ready to go otherwise you'll always be 5 steps behind!
