I witnessed many people harassed out of their jobs in the years I worked in Calgary including a recent immigrant lady who took stress leave because she was bullied so badly (that must be on the record) I was actually told that the manager found this amusing, this is the same manager that allowed a sexually explicit party in the workplace. HR dept located in Toronto was condescending and not interested in code of conduct which is why you could have an organized meeting to distribute pornography and discuss marital aid usage. I did not approve of this group behaviour and became the target of abuse and hate speech, high school bullying from uneducated so-called adults, it's shocking what type of people handle your finances and personal info, oh yes, my supervisor was fired for stealing or embezelling from this company ..facts!
