- This company has very clear mission, great culture, and high moral standards
- Since the company is still at its thriving stage, a lot of works can be challenging, which is a great opportunity to gain 360 experience in your expertise
- Because it's at thriving stage and lack competition with as good quality on the market, the company's stock value is holding strong and steady, which is a big plus
- Can't speak to other teams, but the team that I work with has very nice atmosphere, everyone is positive and willing to help each other no matter what
- We seem to have RSU refresh opportunity every year, but can't say it for sure since it's highly related to performance.
- Unlimited PTO (doesn't seem to be as shady as other companies that also provides unlimited PTO, as long as the request is reasonable it would get approved)
