Pros

Work from home and seriously can not think of any other pros.

You have to pay for your training which includes a self-pace course (1 to 2 hours which ends up like 4 hours and I thought I went through it like I was suppose to) then two 8-hour weekend days in a virtual conference room. Between the SP course & training, you have lots to do during that week so be prepared to stay home to get all that done. They don't tell you about that! Customers never know what they want or have c/c ready so your call time always suffers for that (and you only get paid per Order!) so trying to to get that $11 max per hour is a joke. More like $5/hr so don't expect to pay your bills, this is just extra play money. You have to verify everything and that takes time. Expect to work Fri-Sun so if you don't like working weekends, this job isn't for you at all. And you are expected to keep up with stats, meetings, etc so this is on your own time & not getting paid (unlike in a regular call center where you have meetings with your supervisor while you are on the clock).
