Really enjoying the work, lots of variety, some cutting-edge projects running at the moment focusing on Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, Cisco ISE and Next-Gen Security.
A good portfolio of customers and strong partner relationships, with regular onsite training provided by Cisco, Cisco Meraki and our other partners.
Well looked after, in regards to remuneration, general benefits and I find the management team approachable. Small attention to detail in the office like a breakout area with pool table, fully stocked fridge with Diet Coke and Sprit etc. Always seems to be cakes and cookies on offer, so it's handy we get free gym access.
And most importantly, everyone is in it together and we all get on. No corporate, party politics and no red tape.

Nothing significant, like any growing business there is sometimes teething pains when taking on something new or that hasn't been done by the business before, that been said always seem to find a way.
