Pros
Work is straight forward for the most part. Employees make an effort to try to make the best of everyday work. Benefits are good if you don't have a family or kids. Some great employees. Pay is decent.
Cons
Employees are constantly burnt out, overworked, and upset which leads to mistakes and quality control issues. There is no work culture or work life balance although a few employees have been trying to build one. The COO likes to test employees without telling them they are being tested and then tells them they have failed an imaginary test. The COO and CEO are often in disagreement. Management favors some employees while discrediting and ignoring others. Employees often blame each other for mistakes instead of taking responsibility. Employees don't greet each other or clients in meetings. Employees follow each other and management reguardless of what they truly think or need.
