Like most growing companies, things move very fast and sometimes change quickly, but that's what makes working here great. If you prefer strict structure or routine it may not be the place for you. Because the company is so future-focused, older systems or processes are occasionally being rebuilt or reimagined so you have to be the kind of person who is okay with change.

I love working remotely and having a great work-life balance. The team is awesome!! I feel like my opinion and work matters. I love learning and I feel like I'm always learning something new in my role here at IW.

I sometimes experience miscommunication with the team as we're communicating over slack and email- I think that's any remote position though.
