CEO Joseph severely lacks the basic managerial skills required to run a company. Instead of holding managers accountable, he blindly trusts them and unfairly shifts the blame onto employees when things go wrong. Most C-level executives have already jumped ship, clearly recognizing the sinking nature of this organization. The company is in financial distress — they can’t afford to retain top talent, and even regular staff are being denied their salaries. Morale is at an all-time low.
