Pros
The experience I got while working with Inven helped to jumpstart my career within the collegiate esports space, and has opened many doors for me.
Cons
Pay was minimal. Management was kind of all over the place. Didn't really have direction after the initial thing that I was brought onboard to do was completed. I tried to suggest several things to work on, but none of them panned out. I eventually left to seek better opportunities for growth elsewhere.
