Pros
Invenio is a place where I feel I get to perform on the top of my game. It requires everyone to be fast on the feet. Good place for people who are hungry and eager for responsibility and growth.
Cons
The company's "raise the bar" mindset can get taken to an extreme. We have amazing things to celebrate, but it can sometimes feels like we're just pushing toward a goal in the sky that can never be achieved by definition. Not a 9-5 job.
