Wow, there is a lot of cons. - No career opportunities and the salary is below the average in this industry. - Usually an employee will work here about 1 year and move on, so if you look for a good place to develop your career, there is nothing for you at Investing. - The general atmosphere in the office is "not fun", everything is gray and depressing. There is not much that will put a smile on your face, just unhappy place. - The company doesn't really care about the employees. There are more important goals for the company and the workers are just tools to get there. You may say this about any company, but usually it is compensated by something else. Though at Investing you can clearly feel this. - A lot of miscommunication between the departments. Very hard to get the clear picture of what is going on.
