Well knowen company in the industry of finance. Good atmosphere with the opportunity to work hybrid - great work life balance. Work place is very convinient and with a good location in TLV. Put a trust on the employees - no micro management. Overall a nice place to start a career in the industry - very welcoming.
Cons
Management is distant and not attentive to employees. There is no career horizon and promotion possibilities - major cons. Employees are taken for granted Processes and development in the company take a lot of time and create a lack of innovation
