      The size of the company is great - you get to know most of the people in the company Very open and transparent regarding the company performance and future points of focus for the company Very supportive during the war. and over all very good work life balance

      Cons

      Holiday vacations are very basic- full days during "hol hamoed" No yearly bonuses
