There is no proper salary slabs. People with less experience/ freshers get paid more than 2 years experienced People depending on the circumstances which is totally unfair Excessive stress

I had a worst Exit ever , Where as i have signed the NDA and cleared everything from my side. It's been 2 months already. Iam still struggling to receive my hardened salary. No one is responding to my concerns.
